Quality Assurance Engineer

A stealth-mode startup company offering an innovative infrastructure acceleration and performance optimization solution, focused on the AI revolution and the challenges of Big Data processing in the cloud.

The company is developing a custom hardware accelerator based on FPGA and Apache Spark, enhancing data processing performance on AWS. The solution is designed to support rapid adoption of Artificial Intelligence and Big Data in a seamless manner, requiring no changes to the customer’s existing hardware infrastructure.

The company recently raised a Series A funding round and was founded by two experienced entrepreneurs who previously held senior positions at Annapurna Labs – AWS and Mellanox.

Backed financially and working in collaboration with design partners, the company currently employs 20 people.

Offices are located in Tel Aviv near a train/light rail station and in the northern region of Israel. The company supports a hybrid work model with two work-from-home days per week.

Requirements:

• 5 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure and automation development using Python and/or Java – must
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technological degree from a top-tier university – must
• Experience with cloud environments, clusters, and Kubernetes – advantage
• Background in companies developing complex technology products (e.g., Semiconductor, Big Data, B2D, Storage, AI, Cybersecurity, Networking) – advantage
• Experience building infrastructure or systems from scratch – advantage
