Frontend Tech Lead

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Frontend Tech Lead to guide our front-end development efforts, ensuring high-quality implementation and continuous improvement of our products.

What You'll Do

• Oversee existing front-end implementations, identify improvement areas, and enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Design and implement complex features while maintaining high coding and architectural standards.
• Collaborate with back-end, product, and design teams to create seamless user experiences.
• Lead the team in adopting best practices, conducting code reviews, and establishing efficient development workflows.
  
  

• Design and develop complex front-end systems that align with business needs.
• Write technical design documents and conduct design reviews for high-quality solutions.
• Address technical challenges related to performance, security, and production stability.
  
  

• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js, along with proficiency in TypeScript.
• In-depth understanding of front-end architectural patterns and component-based development.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and drive technical initiatives.
  
  

• Experience in the Fintech domain.
• Mobile development skills (React Native, Flutter, or Native iOS/Android).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk or Datadog.
