Job Description:

For our site located in Afula area we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Import Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing and coordinating international shipments, working closely with global suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, operate, and track orders with customers and suppliers in Israel and abroad
• Communicate with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
• Handle preparation and dispatch of shipments
• Monitor shipment arrivals and update shipment statuses
• Manage both air and sea shipments
• Collaborate with multiple internal departments, including Sales, Production Planning, and Warehousing

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in import/export within a manufacturing company – must
• High-level English proficiency – reading, writing, and verbal communication – mandatory
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize daily tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Academic background in Logistics or related fields - an advantage
