Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and scale our affiliate marketing team.
• Manage and expand relationships with mobile app partners.
• Plan, execute, and optimize affiliate campaigns to drive installs, conversions, and revenue growth.
• Monitor key performance metrics and report results to senior management.
• Identify and onboard new affiliate partners to maximize reach and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the mobile apps space – must!
• Previous leadership experience in affiliate marketing (as a team lead or head of affiliates).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience with mobile attribution platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch).
• Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization strategies.
• Highly independent, organized, and results-driven.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
