We are looking for a Laboratory Service Engineer with proven experience in servicing diagnostic laboratory instruments.

You will provide technical support for laboratory instrumentation in chemistry, automation, and immunology at hospitals and central laboratories nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and routine servicing of laboratory equipment
• Provide operational training and immediate, detailed service reports
• Oversee spare‑parts procurement and returns, managing both technical and budgetary aspects
• Conduct safety updates per manufacturer and Ministry of Health guidelines
• Ensure high customer satisfaction among physicians, biomedical engineers, and technicians
• Provide phone‑based support to resolve client inquiries
• Perform quality checks according to manufacturer standards
• Work flexible hours, including extended shifts, weekends and on‑call rotations

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Electronics Engineering – A MUST
• Proven experience servicing diagnostic laboratory instruments – A MUST
• High level of proficiency in English (both spoken and written) - A MUST
• Willingness to work non‑standard hours (weekends, on‑call, holidays)

Nice to Have

• Computer networking or IT support background
• Prior medical‑device service experience

Full‑time position with overtime as needed • On‑call rotation shared among the team throughout the year
