Responsibilities

• Develop and Execute UA Strategies: Plan, manage, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels
• Budget Management: Own and manage significant UA budgets to achieve performance targets
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on key metrics (e.g., CPI, ROAS, LTV).
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with UA trends, competitor activity, and emerging acquisition platforms
• Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports, offering insights and actionable recommendations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in User Acquisition in the gaming industry - Must
• Ability to manipulate and analyze large quantities of data and present it in reports
• knowledge of performance marketing, digital advertising, and best practices in user acquisition, with the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions
• Passion for gaming and a commitment to staying updated with industry trends
• Know how to deliver results with strict performance goals
• Fluent verbal & written skills in English
