Customer Success Manager

About the Role:

Are you passionate about driving customer success and product innovation? We are looking for a talented Customer Success and Product Manager to lead our pre-sale and post-sale activities, focusing on cloud-based EMS solutions and web-oriented technologies. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of energy management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Sale Leadership: Architect solutions, plan integrations, and deliver compelling technical presentations.
• Post-Sale Excellence: Perform training, provide technical support, and manage ongoing product capabilities.
• Customer Collaboration: Work closely with clients, partners and suppliers to define product requirements and ensure successful implementations.
• Team Coordination: Partner with internal teams to develop and improve our cloud-based EMS solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Offer insights on cloud technologies, web interface and services, reports, analytics and web user experience insights.

What We're Looking For:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years in customer success, product management, and project management.
• Technical Skills: Strong background in cloud platforms, web applications, web services, reports, analytics and BI.
• Advantageous Experience: Familiarity with Energy Management Systems or related fields.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
