Email Marketing Coordinator JB-4134

A leading e-commerce brand is looking for an Email Marketing Coordinator who’s organized, detail-oriented, and excited to be at the heart of a high-performing Retention team.

You’ll be the go-to person for making sure everything flows smoothly—from content and design to QA and reporting.

What You’ll Do

● Coordinate Execution: Manage the day-to-day execution of email and SMS

campaigns, ensuring tasks are completed on time and aligned with our calendar.

● Cross-Team Communication: Work closely with our content writer, designers, and

freelancers to keep workflows on track and aligned with creative briefs.

● Be the Focal Point: Serve as the main point of contact for all tasks and projects

assigned by the Retention Manager and VP Retention.

● QA and Accuracy: Review campaigns before launch—check heatmaps, links, content,

and formatting to ensure high-quality execution.

● Data & Reporting: Pull performance data from email campaigns and flows, monitor

KPIs, and provide insights to the team.

● Support Flows & Automation: Help monitor and optimize automated flows to ensure

they’re running correctly and effectively.

● Keep Us Organized: Maintain project trackers, campaign calendars, and documentation

so the team always knows what’s happening and what’s next.

● 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, ideally in a D2C or eCommerce environment

● Familiarity with email platforms (Klaviyo is a big plus) and tools like Google Sheets,

Notion, or Asana

● Strong attention to detail—you spot mistakes others miss

● Comfortable pulling data and basic performance reports

● Solid understanding of email marketing best practices (or excited to learn fast)

● Excellent communication and organization skills

● A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

● Experience with SMS marketing, A/B testing, or QA tools- Advantage
