Global Tech Company is Looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner

Hybrid Position in Herzliya 📍

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technology roles.

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

• Partner with hiring managers and department leads.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

• Utilize data-driven recruitment metrics to track and report on hiring progress, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on technology roles.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Experience conducting HR interviews. 

• Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.

• Experience with sourcing tools.

• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
