One of our clients, a leading high-tech company in the fintech sector, is looking to hire a React.js Team Leader to guide a team of experienced developers and UX designers in developing and maintaining a sophisticated web application.

This role is perfect for a hands-on leader with a proven track record in managing local and international development teams. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of experience leading teams of 6 or more developers, along with deep expertise in React.js and related web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture and development of a high-performance React.js application.
Set and uphold best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
Mentor and support the technical growth of the team.
Collaborate with stakeholders across time zones to align on strategic goals.
Ensure seamless integration with backend systems and cloud platforms.

Must-Have Qualifications:

4+ years as a Team Leader in multiple companies.
4+ years of hands-on development with React.js.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Sass.
Familiarity with Redux, Flux, Webpack, Git, Jest, Mocha, and CI/CD tools.
Strong background in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and tools like Redis, Elasticsearch.

Advantages:

Experience with React Native.
Background in fintech or large-scale online platforms.
Familiarity with compliance in regulated financial environments (e.g., EU standards).
