Customer Relations & Administration Manager | Global Company | Rosh HaAyin

We're looking for a highly service-oriented, people-loving team player with excellent interpersonal skills to join our global team and help us provide the best possible service to our clients!

What you’ll be doing:

Providing support to customers across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, etc.)
Sending price quotes and explaining maintenance charges
Guiding and assisting clients in using the company’s digital platforms
Assessing inquiries and routing them to the relevant internal departments
Handling day-to-day administrative tasks to support service operations

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service and/or administrative roles – a strong advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service-first mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office – a must
Familiarity with Priority ERP system – an advantage
