A growing venture capital firm and family office is looking for a highly motivated, hands-on, and detail-oriented Controller to join our finance team in Tel Aviv.

In this role, you'll have a direct impact on the financial operations of our funds and family office entities across Israel, the US, UK, and the Cayman Islands. If you're looking for a high-responsibility position in a dynamic and international environment—this could be a great fit.

 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Analyzing quarterly financial results across multiple entities
• Overseeing financial reporting across jurisdictions (Israel, US, UK, Cayman Islands)
• Managing cash flow and liquidity across funds and family office accounts
• Leading GAAP-based valuations
• Coordinating tax, audit, and compliance processes
• Maintaining and improving financial systems
• Collecting data and providing high-level reporting on portfolio companies (budgets, KPIs, etc.)
• Strengthening financial controls and internal procedures
• Leading process improvements and providing training to stakeholders
• Supporting strategic projects and ad-hoc requests

 What We’re Looking For:

• CPA with Big 4 background + at least 2 years post-internship experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (MBA is a plus)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Dynamo – a plus
• Prior experience in VC, private equity, or family office – an advantage
• International work experience is a plus
• Proactive, analytical, team-oriented, and eager to make an impact
