Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Dimona is currently seeking applicants for an Assistant to Divisional Controller. In this role, you will report directly to the Divisional Controller and support the daily operations of the finance department, including: consolidated financial reporting across 4 production site across the globe, active role in identifying and proposing cost savings opportunities, supporting budget process, new project ROI calculations, assistance with audits and compliance. Job Location:

Dimona is located in Southern Israel in the Negev, not far from the Dead Sea area, the lowest point on earth.

The factory in Dimona was established in 1986 and has over 1,000 employees.

What You Will Be Doing

• Support consolidation and reporting across multiple sites (including international locations) for all aspects of P&L
• Financial management of risks associated with Sales and Inventories (LOCOM, obsolescence , risk of returns etc.,).
• Working closely with operation, engineering, purchasing and Tapi department in order identify inefficiencies and cost savings opportunities
• Coordinate and lead budget process and actively participate in Forecast process
• Participate in financial projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Establishing and maintaining internal controls
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or FP&A, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• High proficiency in Excel; VBA is a strong advantage
• Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS knowledge is an advantage)
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
• Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
  
  

Nice To Have

• CPA or partial certification – an advantage
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Exposure to international accounting or multinational corporations
