What’s the Role?
• Lead customer experience strategy for high-impact digital platforms
• Continuously improve user satisfaction and engagement
• Collaborate closely with product, design, development, and service teams
• Implement advanced standards and innovative digital technologies
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Experience or related fields
- Proven experience launching high-traffic websites and personal user portals (50K+ users)
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
- Familiarity with accessibility regulations and government digital standards
- Experience working with tech teams and public sector organizations
