About the Role

The Business Sector at IBI Investment House is looking for you! This is an opportunity to take on a role that combines personal service for some of the largest and most complex business clients in the market, along with diverse operational work. The department's activities include, among other things, opening accounts for entities with complex transactions, providing ongoing service, managing service processes, advancing tasks with internal and external parties, and client retention – everything needed to provide our clients with a comprehensive financial solution. Responsibilities:

• Managing relationships with business clients
• Providing phone-based customer service and support
• Collecting and transferring data on behalf of clients
• Developing and advancing service systems and work processes
• Working with internal parties (compliance, AML, operations, legal)

Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, 9:00–18:00, with availability for additional hours.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree – mandatory
• Experience in a customer service role – mandatory
• Experience in back-office roles from a bank/insurance company/investment house – significant advantage
• High-level English (reading, writing, speaking) – mandatory
• Good Excel skills – mandatory
