Business Operations Manager

We are looking for an Office & Business Operation manager to oversee staff, implement procedures, maintain administrative systems, and work closely with the CEO and the team in order to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication.

In this role, you will:

• Handle all the business-related issues for the CEO
• Communicate daily with partners, and vendors while exhibiting the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy and diplomacy
• Serve as the point person for all administration and operations needs, ensure smooth office operations to enhance employees positive experience
• Execute any office related projects - such as office moves, decorations and renovations
• Responsibility for all HR-related administrative and operational processes (Finance, Legal, Recruitment, Onboarding and offboarding).
• Responsibility for the wellbeing experience of the employees

You need to have:

• At least 2 years of experience in Business operations positions or similar roles (fast pace environment – big plus)
• Former experience as Business operation manager, HR, Finance or Legal Administration- advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize among many conflicting needs, advocate a course of action with a strong sense of ownership, and ability to deliver
• High-level competency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel in particular)
• Smiling attitude and positive approach
• Excellent verbal and communication skills. Work fluently and confidently in Hebrew and English.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
