We’re looking for a talented and energetic Social & Content Marketing Associate to take ownership of our digital marketing efforts —someone who’s passionate about storytelling, strategic content, and the Web3 ecosystem.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute cross-platform social strategies on the different company accounts with a focus on crypto/Web3 communities.
• Maintain a forward-looking content calendar that outlines the company marketing plan across various verticals
• Research market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and serve as the company “Crypto Degen” 
• Analyze content performance, adjust strategies using analytics.
• Define KPIs with the Events and Marketing Team
• Collaborate with third-party vendors (writers, SEO specialists, designers) to produce and repurpose content
• Own all elements of the company’s website, blog and newsletter strategy across multiple audiences in the crypto world
• Oversee full company podcast lifecycle—from concept and guest booking to production and promotion.

Required skills and experience:

• Fluent English with exceptional writing/editing skills.
• 2 years in digital marketing, including multi-platform strategies (portfolio required).
• Someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and curious about the ever-evolving Web3 space.
• A self-starter with a creative mindset
• Team player with leadership qualities, able to manage freelancers and cross-functional collaboration.
• An adaptable person who can thrive in a dynamic environment and handle unpredictable industry shifts
