Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment and Human Resources Coordinator at ICL Intelligent Logistics located in Lod. The Coordinator will be responsible for HR management, benefits administration, employee relations, and implementing HR policies. Daily tasks include managing employee relations, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in benefits administration and employee relations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
