A well-established technology company specializing in the development and production of advanced electronic systems is seeking a CEO to lead a business unit of approximately 25 employees. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of a growing, high-impact operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Full leadership of the company’s operations: engineering, business, operations, and team management.

Responsibility for pricing, budgeting, profitability (P&L), and strategic business planning.

Requirements:
