Digital Advertising & Campaigns Manager (PPC) at PayPlus & Wittix – Facebook, Google, TikTok, Instagram.
About the Role:
PayPlus and Wittix are looking for a highly skilled and creative Digital Advertising & Campaigns Manager who can handle large-scale campaigns, drive exceptional results, and blend analytical precision with bold creativity. Responsibilities:
• Strategically plan, execute, and optimize large-scale paid campaigns across:
Facebook & Instagram Ads
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
TikTok Ads
• Manage and optimize campaigns for both PayPlus (payment solutions) and Wittix (fintech & banking services)
• Focus on audience targeting in Israel and Europe, tailoring strategies for different markets
• Analyze performance and optimize for maximum ROI, engagement, and conversions
• Develop and execute data-driven campaign strategies tailored to B2B and fintech audiences
• Create high-performing ad creatives – sharp messaging, engaging video content, and visually striking assets
• Implement and refine advanced retargeting strategies for maximum funnel efficiency
• Conduct continuous A/B testing to enhance campaign performance
• Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and BI tools to track, measure, and optimize results
• Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and algorithm shifts to keep campaigns competitive.
requirements:
• 5+ years of experience managing high-budget digital campaigns
• Expertise in Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok Ads
• Proven ability to handle large ad budgets and consistently deliver strong ROAS
• Strong creative and strategic thinking skills – ability to craft compelling, high-converting ad content
• Excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing funnels
• Experience with Conversion Tracking, Dynamic Remarketing, and Ad Automation
• Background in B2B and fintech marketing, with a strong understanding of SMBs and financial services
• Experience working with international audiences, specifically targeting both Israel and European markets.

• Experience in fintech, payments, and banking services advertising
• Knowledge of programmatic advertising (Taboola, Outbrain, LinkedIn Ads, native ad platforms)
• Experience with SQL, BI tools, and advanced data analytics
• Experience leading PPC teams or managing external ad agencies.
Location: Full-time, on-site at PayPlus & Wittix offices – no remote work.
