Role Description

We're seeking a PPC Manager to lead paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with primary focus on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Search, Google Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, TikTok, Outbrain/Taboola, and Snapchat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, launch, and optimize multi-channel PPC campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
• Build custom audiences and manage tracking via GTM, Pixels, and Conversions API
• Monitor performance and adjust strategies to meet KPIs
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams
• Deliver actionable performance reports and insights
• Manage budgets efficiently across platforms
• Automate workflows and lead distribution processes

What We're Looking For:

• Proactivity - ABSOLUTE MUST
• 2+ years of hands-on PPC campaign management experience
• Deep expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMAX, YouTube)
• Advanced proficiency in Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking - SIGNIFICANT ADVANTAGE
• Experience with TikTok Ads, Outbrain/Taboola, and Snapchat Ads
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategy
• Knowledge of lead generation funnels and B2B/B2C campaigns
• Familiarity with automation tools (Make.com, Zapier)
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-account environment
