Tech Lead Developer – Large and Stable Financial Company in Lod

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead Developer with a passion for advanced technologies to join a large, stable, well-established financial company in Lod. The role involves leading development teams, initiating and driving significant technological projects, taking responsibility for the design, development, and maintenance of innovative solutions, and ensuring high standards of code quality and performance.

Role Overview:

• Lead development teams and drive cross-organizational technological processes
• Design, develop, and maintain systems based on .NET and ASP.NET
• Front-end development using React and Angular
• Work with SQL Server and MongoDB databases
• Develop and maintain services based on NodeJS and RESTful APIs
• Work in Agile environments, including CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Coordinate between teams, manage processes, and lead large-scale projects

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in .NET (C#) development and ASP.NET systems
• 5 years of experience in front-end development with React and Angular
• 3 years of experience with SQL Server and MongoDB
• 2 years of experience with NodeJS, writing and consuming RESTful services, working with source control tools (TFS and Git), Jira, and IIS
• 1 year of experience with CI/CD tools (such as Jenkins), Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience working in Agile methodologies
• Experience working with Kibana and Splunk
• Knowledge and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), including developing services on AWS
• 1 year of experience leading development teams, including process management and team coordination
• In-depth understanding of software architecture, system design, and object-oriented development models
