Legal Advisor

Eden Gallery, a leading international art gallery with locations in NY, Aspen, Miami, Las Vegas, London, Dubai, and San Tropez, is looking for an experienced Legal Advisor with an enthusiastic personality and strong passion for working.

We are looking for a smart, motivated lawyer to join our expanding team and have a big impact on our rapidly growing company.

The ideal candidate is a business-minded lawyer who is focused on execution, prepared to lead important company deals, collaborate with our Sales, Customer Success and other teams within the company, and welcomes a dynamic environment.

Requirements

5+ years of commercial legal experience in a law firm or in-house company. Retail and Digital sectors are an advantage.

Strong experience in drafting, negotiating and managing professional services agreements, international business agreements, and intellectual property agreements including NDAs, tenders, sales agreements, and standard T&Cs.

Experience with marketing law, consumer protection and disclosures, IP legal issues & digital media issues.

Experience working with international marketing and legal teams, on issues related to international marketing regulations.

Familiar with basic labor law in Israel and internationally and will collaborate with our external consulting law firms.

Excellent negotiating skills, keen analytical abilities, a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

Team player with high level written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, mainly in English.

Assisting and advising on legal matters, including legal claims, property leases, and export policy and processes.

Training employees across the business on their legal obligations

Collaborative working with other departments.

Must have Excellent command of the English & Hebrew language (both written and spoken).
