About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, strategic, and creative Senior Product Marketing Manager with a passion for translating technical products into compelling stories that resonate with B2B audiences. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in product marketing for technology companies, preferably in the database or infrastructure space. This role is based in our Hadera office, with a requirement of at least three days per week onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that differentiates RavenDB in the market.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Lead GTM plans for new product launches, working closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams.
- Content Creation: Craft high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, sales enablement materials, and product presentations.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, messaging, and training to effectively position and sell RavenDB solutions.
- Storytelling: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with technical and business audiences alike.
- Customer Advocacy: Identify and develop customer success stories and testimonials that demonstrate product value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in the database, infrastructure, or software industry.
- Proven ability to develop compelling product narratives and messaging frameworks.
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills in native-level English.
- Strong hands-on experience with the creation of marketing assets and sales tools.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working closely with product management, engineering, and sales teams.
- Based in Israel, with the ability to work from our Hadera office at least three days a week.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform marketing strategies.
