We are looking for an Revenue Operations Manager to lead our operations team and drive performance through data-driven decision-making. This role combines operational excellence with revenue optimization, ensuring key KPIs - such as response time, lead quality, and conversion rates are met. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and business-oriented, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights, optimize workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and sales teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a sales operations team – overseeing workflows, monitoring sales processes, and ensuring smooth execution.
- Develop dashboards and analyze sales performance – track key metrics and drive process improvements.
- Conduct performance analysis – identify trends, optimize operational workflows, and implement best practices.
- Support managers across departments – providing data-driven insights to optimize team performance.
- Establish and enhance cross-organizational processes – ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
Contribute to strategic planning – leveraging business insights to shape company-wide initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of proven experience in operations roles within sales organizations or call centers .
- Fluent English
- 2 years of proven experience in managing a team.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and CRM systems – a must.
- Experience working with BI systems and dashboards
- Strong analytical skills – data analysis, reporting, and driving optimization processes.
- Broad business understanding and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven leadership skills in managing small teams – task delegation, performance monitoring, and process improvement.
- Ability to work in a managerial team – collaborating with other managers, providing feedback, and presenting insights.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and ability to work with data-driven systems.
- Excellent communication skills, operational mindset, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
Work Conditions & Schedule:
📍 Location: On-site, Tel Aviv
📍 Schedule:
- 3 days a week: 14:00-23:00
- 2 days a week: 10:00-19:00
