Account Manager

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team and build long-term, strategic relationships with our customers. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients, identify growth opportunities, and work collaboratively across teams to drive business success.

• Develop and grow existing customer accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and mutual value
• Manage account performance and track key metrics (e.g. quarterly sales targets and forecasts)
• Lead contract negotiations and close agreements that support both customer value and company growth
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Customer Success Managers, Renewal Managers) to drive customer engagement and retention
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial activities related to assigned accounts
• Provide regular updates on progress, initiatives, and performance to both internal and client stakeholders
• Proactively address client needs, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership

• 2+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
• Experience working with clients in the Israeli market
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals or quotas
• Native-level Hebrew communication skills (written and spoken)
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
• Experience with multi-product solutions – a strong advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A customer-first approach with a proactive and results-driven mindset
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
