We’re on the hunt for a hands-on Team Lead who’s excited about both building great products and helping people grow. If you enjoy leading by example, guiding a team of developers (around 5 people), and staying close to the tech – this one’s for you.

In this role, you'll be working with React and TypeScript on a daily basis, designing and delivering solid features, and making sure your team is aligned, motivated, and productive.

Full-time, on-site only.What You’ll Need

1+ years of experience leading a development team
6+ years of hands-on development experience, with a strong focus on frontend
Deep knowledge of React and TypeScript – this one’s non-negotiable
Experience with state management tools (Redux, MobX, or Context API)
Solid understanding of CSS, animations, and building responsive UIs
Strong habits around clean, scalable code and reusable components
Familiarity with testing tools (like Jest or Cypress)
Team player vibes, strong communication, and a passion for building things that work
