Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Frontend Team Lead to join our growing team at CodeValue.

As a Frontend Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead innovative projects, collaborate with skilled professionals, and play a key role in shaping high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, providing technical guidance and support
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX/UI, Backend) to define and implement new features
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
Conduct code reviews and continuously improve development processes and standards
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems and applications
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in frontend development

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development – required
Extensive experience with Angular (v9 and above) – required
Minimum 1 year of team leadership or tech lead experience – required
Solid experience with Design Systems – required
Proficiency with Figma or similar design collaboration tools – required
Experience working in agile, sprint-based teams – required
Familiarity with Microfrontend architecture – advantage
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to pixel-perfect implementation – required
