Job Requirements:

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and uncover hidden trends in user data

✔ 4+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on SQL and BI tools (Tableau preferred)

✔ Proven experience working with user data, retention metrics, KPIs, and business insights

✔ Self-motivated, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies

✔ Strong communication skills to present findings and influence stakeholders effectively

✔ A passion for understanding user behavior and driving data-backed decisions
