Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Technician located in Petah Tikva. The Field Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems and equipment. Daily tasks include setting up hardware and software, performing diagnostics, providing technical support to users, and ensuring the smooth operation of municipal IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience in hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in setting up and configuring software systems
• Strong technical support and customer service skills
• Knowledge of network systems and data communications
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the municipal or public sector is an advantage
• A valid driver's license
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in IT or a related field
