HRBP

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to lead HR operations in our locally based company, which is part of a leading global corporate. Reporting to the VP of HR, this role focuses on driving HR initiatives, supporting managers and employees, and ensuring alignment with corporate HR policies—without direct team management.

Key Responsibilities

🔸Develop and execute HR strategies to support business objectives

🔸Partner with managers to provide HR guidance and drive organizational effectiveness

🔸Lead end-to-end HR processes, including talent management, performance management, and employee engagement

🔸Oversee change management initiatives and cross-organizational HR projects

🔸Implement and promote advanced HR practices in alignment with global policies

🔸Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate HR guidelines

🔸Foster a strong company culture that aligns with business goals

Requirements

🔸5+ years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a global corporate environment

🔸Proven experience in HR business partnering and working closely with leadership

🔸Significant experience in Organizational Development (OD) and leading organizational change processes

🔸Strong knowledge of HR best practices, talent development, and change management

🔸Excellent English communication skills

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; a 🔸Master's degree is an advantage

🔸Ability to work independently and lead initiatives without direct team management
