Implementation Lead

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Implementation Leader at Orcanos in Givatayim (Migdal Hashahar). The Implementation Lead will be responsible for tasks related to software implementation, customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Some remote work is acceptable for this role.

• Hands-on experience managing a team of 4-6 employees
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Skills
• Experience in Software Implementation
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving abilities with hands-on technical touch on the product
• Project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
