Marketing Automation Specialist

About The Position

Okoora is building a high-speed, AI-powered marketing engine — and we’re looking for a sharp, execution-driven Marketing Tech & Automation Specialist to make it run.

This is not a creative or strategy role. This is a technical execution role.

You’ll take marketing workflows that we define — and build them end-to-end using tools like Make.com, HubSpot, Zapier, and GPT-based automations.

You’ll report directly to the CEO and Marketing Director, and turn complex logic into scalable, automated systems that drive marketing performance.

Responsibilities

• Build smart, scalable marketing automations across tools like Make.com and HubSpot
• Integrate systems (Slack, SharePoint, StoryChief, forms, CRM, Google Sheets, GPT, etc.)
• Operate HubSpot Marketing Hub for emails, workflows, segmentation, and lead flows
• Support GPT-driven flows (e.g. lead enrichment, auto-replies, content snippets)
• Maintain automated reports (weekly updates, Slack alerts, dashboards)
• Own the execution of all operational marketing logic: from lead intake to content tracking to alerts
• Maintain clear documentation and keep everything running behind the scenes
  
  

• GPT-based lead enrichment: New form lead → HubSpot → Make → GPT → Smart description → back to CRM
• Behavior-based campaigns: If a lead visits 3 pages + downloads PDF → trigger HubSpot campaign
• Slack alerts: When a key form is submitted → auto-post to Slack with lead info + GPT-written summary
• Content tracking: New blog published → auto-update tracker → send to Notion/Slack
• Content repurposing: Blog post → GPT snippet → auto-scheduled social post via HubSpot
  
  

• Proven experience with Make.com (or Integromat) or Zapier — minimum 1 year
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
• Strong technical thinking: “if this, then that” logic, integrations, data flows
• Fluent English (written + reading)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Fast learner, solution-oriented, execution-focused
  
  

• Experience with GPT-based tools / OpenAI API
• Worked in SaaS or fintech environments
• Built automation flows with APIs or webhooks
