Software Team Lead

I-Next Data, the revolutionary data science center of Tel Aviv Medical Center, is looking for an outstanding Senior Software Team leader to join our unique A-team. Our center builds AI models and develops innovative data solutions that support doctors, and the entire medical teams across Ichilov departments, in making real-life decisions using EMR data, imaging data, and data driven decisions.

We collaborate with top global medical organizations and digital health companies, working directly with scientists, physicians and researchers to optimize the data and analysis based decisions where it really matters.

●      Lead a team of fullstack developers.

●      Design and lead complex features within the team.

●      Take an active part in the product development and definition.

●      Pushing team developers forward, constantly promoting their personal development.

●      Actively define & promote the team’s mid & long term R&D goals.

●      Define & implement methodologies to ensure the quality, performance & scalability of our products.

●      Work closely with product managers, hospital clinical users, and cross-functional teams to translate clinical needs into robust product implementations.

●      2+ years of experience in team management

●      6+ years of experience in full-stack software development.

●      Proficiency in modern programming languages such as JavaScript (Node.js) or Python.

●      Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

●      Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP) and several types of DBs.

●      Proven track record of building and launching products from scratch in a startup environment.

●      Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
