The Aviation Division Marketing Organization is seeking a Military Marketing Manager.

What you'll be doing:

Maintaining regular communication with senior officials in the Israeli Air Force (IAF) and the Ministry of Defense.
Understanding the IAF’s multi-year plans for development and procurement, and building a comprehensive picture of their needs, together with the business line.
Keeping an up-to-date overview of the IAF’s needs and key areas of interest, and guiding the business line accordingly.
Strengthening the positioning of Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) within the IAF as a provider of advanced avionics and airborne systems.
Promoting business line solutions and products in response to operational needs, fostering engagement for the development of demonstrators, and organizing mutual meetings and visits (IAF at IAI and vice versa).

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Marketing, or Business Administration – mandatory.
Strong familiarity and established connections with decision-makers in relevant organizations; operational background in the IAF – mandatory.
Experience as a squadron commander – an advantage.
Marketing experience in the defense industry or in defense/aerospace products – mandatory.
Proven negotiation skills with foreign clients – mandatory.
Excellent command of English – mandatory.
Willingness to travel abroad.
