Role Description

This is a full-time Junior System Administrator and 2nd level suppo at Allegronet, located in Tirat HaCarmel with some work from home flexibility. The Junior System Administrator will be responsible for performing routine system administration tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support to staff and clients. . The role includes mainatain servers, AD users and group policy. Manage Azure AD, Intune policies and Sharepoint.

Qualifications

• Experience with System Administration and Network Administration
• Experience providing Technical Support
• Strong background in Information Technology
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer‑service mindset, fluent English (spoken & written)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus
