Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Account Manager, with a primary focus on developing and expanding our presence across India and South Asia. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, managing key accounts, and driving strategic sales initiatives within the region. You will act as a key technical consultant of our technology, working closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to achieve growth targets and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on India and South Asia to achieve revenue and market share goals.
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with prospective semiconductor clients and channel partners.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and recurring revenue streams.
- Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and contract closing, maintaining a focus on value-based selling.
- Represent M.D. Mechanical Devices Ltd. at major regional trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on our solutions and understanding their evolving needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical and support teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer success.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline updates to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of proven success in international sales, business development, or key account handling, preferably in the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
- Strong understanding of the India and South Asia business environment, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Technically inclined
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working with semiconductor manufacturers, distributors, or test equipment companies is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India and the South Asia region.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
