Job Description:

The controller will be comprehensively responsible for the company's financial reporting, taxation, and periodic reporting to senior management. This role also involves managing the finance team and overseeing processes and controls related to financial reporting. The position requires extensive interaction with internal and external stakeholders and the ability to work independently with various interfaces within the company, including leading processes and projects in financial reporting and operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the company's financial reporting, taxation, and periodic reports to senior management.
2. Manage the assistant accountant, bookkeeping, and collection team.
3. Responsibility for processes and controls over financial reporting.
4. Serve as a key financial advisor to company leadership, providing regular updates, analysis, and recommendations to support business initiatives.
5. Extensive work with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Work independently with internal interfaces to lead financial reporting processes and projects, focusing on process improvement and alignment with the company’s performance objectives.
7. Oversee payroll budgeting processes in coordination with HR and Finance teams, ensuring accurate planning, tracking, and control of salary and compensation costs.

Job Requirements:

1. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Required.
2. Experience in financial reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) - Required.
3. Experience in auditing or working in a public company or a subsidiary of a public company - Required.
4. Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel - Required.
5. Advantage: Experience with bookkeeping systems, particularly Priority.
