Content & Community Manager

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Community Manager to build, engage, and grow our online communities across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of content creation, community building, and data analysis. You will play a crucial role in fostering a vibrant and loyal community around our products, ultimately driving engagement, traffic, and conversions.

Main Accountabilities

• Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for our podcast, social media channels, and all relevant platforms. This includes defining target audiences for each platform and creating adjusted content. Responsibilities also include analyzing content performance data to continuously optimize the strategy.
• Community Management: Build and nurture an active and engaged community around our products. This involves managing social media groups and forums, proactively interacting with community members, responding to inquiries, and addressing feedback.
• Content Creation: Oversee the entire content creation process, from ideation to distribution. This includes responsibility for writing, editing, and producing high-quality and engaging content, as well as exploring new and creative content formats.
• Guest Coordination: Identify and establish contact with potential podcast guests. This includes coordinating schedules and logistical details, as well as preparing insightful interview questions.
• Content Roadmap: Develop and maintain a detailed content calendar and roadmap across all platforms. Ensure alignment and consistency of content across different channels to create a cohesive and holistic user experience.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for both content and community engagement. Provide regular data-driven reports and utilize insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
• Event Management: Plan and execute community events, webinars, and conferences. This includes managing event budgets and resources, as well as tracking event performance and measuring their impact on the community.

Overall Objectives:

• Grow Audience and Engagement: Cultivate an active and connected community around our products, encourage interaction among members, and foster a strong sense of belonging.
• Drive Traffic and Conversions: Convert listeners into active subscribers and potential customers by developing targeted content that encourages conversions, including clear calls-to-action, special offers, and relevant product or service information.
• Ensure Efficient Use of Resources: Ensure that marketing efforts contribute to increased revenue and profitability, maximizing the utilization of available resources, including budget, time, and energy.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2 years) in community management, social media marketing, or a related field within the tech industry.
• Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices across various platforms (podcasts, social media, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in creating engaging and high-quality content (writing, editing, and ideally some production knowledge).
• Demonstrated ability to build and grow online communities.
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a huge advantage.
