Job Summary

We’re looking for a Team Lead to work closely with the CTO and help manage and support our R&D team. This role is great for someone who’s up for a challenge, comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment, and ready to step in as both a manager and a mentor. You’ll play a key part in helping the team grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a growing R&D team (currently 5 developers, with plans to expand in 2025)
• Collaborate closely with the CTO on strategy, architecture, and execution
• Own the full development lifecycle, from planning and architecture to deployment and monitoring
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure engineering best practices

Required Qualifications

• Frontend technologies: NextJS, TailwindCSS - minimum 3 years of experience
• Backend technologies: NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL - minimum 3 years of experience
• Python - minimum 2 years of experience
• Git, Github - minimum 3 years of experience
• Azure Cloud (or AWS) - minimum 1 year of experience
• Team management - minimum 2 year of experience
• Asana / Jira - minimum 1 year of experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in early stage startups
• LLM / Prompt Engineering
• Experience working with C-Levels
