About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales & Business Development Specialist to help drive our growth by owning the full sales process, from identifying prospects to closing deals.
You’ll play a key role in fueling our pipeline by generating and qualifying leads, running targeted outbound campaigns, and leading meetings with prospective customers. Your day-to-day will include cold outreach, writing tailored messages, following up with leads, running product demos, overcoming objections, and moving opportunities from first contact to close.
This role is ideal for a self-driven, hunter-style sales professional who’s confident speaking with technical stakeholders and eager to make a direct impact on company growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Generate meetings with potential customers and lead discovery calls, demos, and presentations.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to proposal, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (IT Managers, CISOs, CTOs, etc.).
- Upsell and grow business within existing customer accounts by identifying new opportunities.
- Visit customers as needed to understand their needs and support sales conversations.
- Maintain a well-organized pipeline and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
What We're Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B tech sales (SDR, BDR or similar), particularly in SaaS or technology-focused industries (must).
- Proven success in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and booking qualified meetings.
- Experience managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Strong ability to hunt new accounts while also expanding business in existing ones.
- Confident negotiating with technical stakeholders and navigating complex solution sales
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, identity, IAM, or SaaS platforms (bonus).
- Proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other outreach platforms.
- Experience with target account strategies and persona-based messaging.
- Creative, persistent, and resourceful in breaking into cold accounts.
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with a passion for new business development
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
