Mission

DoorLoop is hiring an IT Team Lead Role to Lead, Maintain, and support DoorLoop IT Activities, implement and enhance cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions, and optimize IT operations to support company growth.

In this role, you will manage and support Mac and Windows environments, design and maintain the corporate network and cloud RBAC, oversee and optimize Google Workspace administration, and drive the implementation of IT security best practices, including SIEM/SOC integration, disaster recovery, and endpoint protection.

Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support for employees globally, ensuring seamless operations for Mac and Windows users.
• Google Workspace Administration – Oversee user management, security policies, and automation to optimize productivity and compliance.
• Disaster Recovery (DR) & Backup Management – Establish and maintain a disaster recovery solution on AWS, ensuring business continuity and data integrity.
• MDM & Endpoint Management – Build, Deploy and maintain Jamf MDM & INTUNE for Mac and WIN OS device management.
• Infrastructure & Network Management – implement, and maintain Global Network Access, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud infrastructure
• Problem-Solving & Communication – Strong troubleshooting skills, proactive mindset, and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

• 5 years of experience as an IT System Support.
• 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
• 3 years of experience with Mac environments, Google Workspace (Admin Console, Security, Collaboration tools)
• 3 years of experience with security tools such as EDR, SIEM, IAM, and best practices for IT security and compliance.
• Experience with AWS and Azure cloud services.
• Experience with leading cross-organization projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally
