Aman group is hiring UX Designer for a Large Defense Organization – Northern Israel

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational needs, workflows, and user roles.
• Map user scenarios and define user experience requirements and user flows.
• Conduct usability testing and generate actionable insights.
• Create detailed UX specification documents.
• Support the development process and ensure the implementation of UX solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UX design for complex systems
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in or with a defense organization – strong advantage.
