What will you do at SuperPlay?:

As a future talent acquisition partner, you will fully cover the company's entire HR and Recruiting function. You will lead all recruiting processes.

• Full cycle of recruitment: searching for relevant candidates, interviewing and selecting candidates based on company values;
• Close cooperation with hiring managers;
• Conducting onboarding/offboarding of employees;
• Participation in HR processes: 1:1, an adaptation of employees in the company;
• Market analysis, updating information about what is happening in the labor market;
• Hands-On recruitment, especially technological positions
• In charge of Onboarding procedures and processes
• Locating new sourcing tools and ongoing operation of existing ones
  
  

• 2 Year of experience in tech and marketing recruitment - A must
• Professional English - A must
• In-depth knowledge of sourcing tools
