Kivunim operates programs such as Wings and Carmel to support young adults with physical disabilities, sensory disabilities, and autism.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Worker at Kivunim - Toward Independence. The Social Worker will be responsible for providing support to young adults with disabilities in the areas of independent living, community integration, and vocational training. Some work will be based in Haifa, with the possibility of remote work. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating individualized plans, providing counseling, and coordinating support services.

Qualifications

• Counseling, Case Management, and Social Work skills
• Knowledge of disability rights and advocacy
• Experience with young adults with disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a diverse team environment
• Master's degree in Social Work or related field
• Experience with vocational training programs is a plus
