Dinning Program Lead core responsibilities:
The Dinning Program Lead reports into an Account Manager and has oversight of Food and Beverage related Services on a Client’s various sites Internationally
The role is expected to drive operational performance and excellence across the account F&B services by meeting the key performance indicators, delivering best practices and savings and demonstrating continuous improvement in service delivery, while ensuring client satisfaction.
This role requires an extremely experienced F&B lead to manage the EMEA region F&B activity in support of a global Facilities Management and contract
- Provide strategic direction to the client in delivery of F&B Operation and act as POC on all F&B/ Catering/Hospitality/Kitchens daily issues
- Manage and develop the relationship with the key client and with the F&B Supplier to assure smooth operations
- Ensures client’s regional strategy is in place, is delivered and is consistent with global client and standards.
- Fully understand the client's business and needs. Resource teams to match accordingly and provide strategic direction to client where needs be and seeks to optimise delivery.
- Work with client and global teams to ensure consistent delivery of F&B services in all regions while performing benchmarking from time to time and aligning with market’s best practices.
- Assure F&B Suppliers perform a regional QBR
- Assure F&B Supplier complies with contract terms and local laws and regulations
- Provide formal and informal management information to demonstrate the performance of the contract against requirements.
- Assume regional accountability for risk management matters from within team; and
- Accountable for F&B service delivery while meeting client’s budget and implementing efficiencies.
- Manage new and existing supply chain and statutory compliance.
- Provide advice to clients on risk management matters including food audits
- Assure all F&B suppliers act in alignment to Client’s sustainability playbook and waste management.
- Preparing budgets to ensure service levels are maintained as per client requirements and any savings and initiatives are captured; review and approve F&B related invoices and follow up on consumption v. occupancy rates
- Assuring the F&B Supplier is recruiting, training, managing and development of its team and enforcing all Safety and food safety regulations and best practices.
- Monitor, drive and report cost-savings in the supply chain; assure inventory is well managed, supervised and audited
- Monitor H&S program and ensure follow up on risk issues.
- Maintaining & implementing the values of the customer in Catering supplier daily routine, such as Sustainability, D&I, inclusion, etc
Person Specification
Knowledge
- Commercial understanding relating outsourced managed services contract
- F&B processes and market’s best practices.
- Health & Safety legislation relevant to F&B industry.
- Supply chain management
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in F&B operations, preferred in a corporate environment
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Remote management of a multi-region team and client base.
- Management of an operational budget in an FM contract scenario; and
- Developing strong client relationships in a challenging environment
- Fluent in Hebrew and English
- Excel, PowerPoint, Word
