The Opportunity:

As part of our Help Desk team, you’ll provide hands-on support across multiple platforms and technologies, ensuring smooth operations and excellent user experience.

Responsibilities:

- Provided technical support and troubleshooting for Linux, macOS, and Windows operating systems

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies (Active Directory, OKTA)

- Perform system updates, patching, and routine maintenance via GPO and patch management tools

- Automate tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash)

- Handle hardware setup, repairs, and component replacements

- Manage and troubleshoot Windows Servers, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and file/print services

Requirements:

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in Help Desk support roles

- Proven experience with Linux, macOS, and Windows OS support

- Familiarity with command-line tools: Bash, Terminal, PowerShell, HTML

- Experience with Windows Server administration (AD, GPO, backups)

- Knowledge of system imaging, software packaging, and enterprise tools

- Hands-on experience with hardware installation and troubleshooting

- Experience with virtualization technologies for Windows and Linux environments

-Fluent English – both written and spoken

- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to be available on weekends and holidays as needed (via Slack)
