The HR Associate role is exciting and diverse, blending creativity with analytical precision. On one hand, you'll dive into creative operational tasks, while on the other, you'll focus on monitoring HR processes, generating insightful reports, and analyzing large sets of data.
What will your job look like?
- You will execute operational diverse projects and tasks for the divisions’ HR managements (offsites, podcasts, team activities, and more)
- You will create unique HR-related presentations (including thought process, unique POVs, and innovative ideas)
- You will upload, update, and maintain data on various HR systems and issue reports and analyses, to allow ongoing monitoring and decision making
- You will generate, design, and present a variety of reports that support organizational processes and enable ongoing improvement of HR processes
- You will act as a sensor to the Field HR and proactively "raise flags" when necessary
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with up to 2 years of similar experience
- Passionate about working with people, on people-related processes in a company, and holds a people-centric approach.
- Previous experience in operation roles (handling operational processes and systems)
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders (internal & external) is an advantage.
- Experience working in a global environment is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & Verbal)
- Excel master and Data-oriented, Techy, Intuitive access to dashboards - Must.
- Proactive approach and ability to own projects A to Z
- You will work with dynamic HR Professionals at the back-end, get a better understanding of different HR facets and become a specialist in multi-tasking
