Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, analyzing sales data, establishing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include hands-on sales activities, collaborating with marketing teams, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will also provide mentorship and training to the sales team to drive performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales strategy development, sales management, and team leadership
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer relationship management
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially marketing
• Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset to achieve sales targets
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
