Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment Manage the entire recruitment process for roles across EMEA, from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Hiring Manager Collaboration Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide insights on talent availability and market trends.
• Structured Hiring & Data Management Implement a structured hiring process and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Employer Branding & Diversity Promote Check Point as an employer of choice and support diversity goals by sourcing from diverse talent pools and implementing inclusive practices.
• Strategic Sourcing
• Proactively source and engage top candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, referrals) with a focus on sales and technical talent.
  
  

• Experience in Recruitment Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within the tech industry and across multiple EMEA regions.
• Sales & Technical Talent Sourcing
• Strong ability to source and recruit sales and technical professionals, with familiarity in using various sourcing tools and techniques.
• Relationship Management Skilled at building relationships with hiring managers and candidates, with a consultative approach to recruitment.
• Data-Driven & Tech-Savvy Comfortable using ATS systems and recruitment analytics; experience with AI tools for hiring processes is a plus.
